Biography
Dr. Jody Owens is the founder of the Spiritual Formation Leadership Summit, where he hosts a variety of gatherings, retreats, and other initiatives to nurture the soul of Christian leaders. You can learn more at .
Dr. Owens is a full-time professor of Bible Pastoral Ministries at Johnson University. He served as a lead pastor for a decade prior to moving to the academic world, but he still preaches regularly at congregations served by former students and friends. He is also on the preaching team at the church where he and his wife Stephanie worship. He enjoys leading groups to Bible lands and pouring into local church leaders.
